Commercial License

Every Lyria 3 Pro subscription includes a full commercial license for all music you generate. No royalties, no attribution required, no licensing fees — your music is yours.

What You Can Do

• Use generated music in commercial projects, advertisements, films, games, and products
• Distribute and monetize content containing your generated tracks (YouTube, Spotify, streaming platforms)
• License your generated music to third parties
• Use music for client work and charge for it

What You Cannot Do

• Claim that the AI-generated music was composed by a human without disclosure where required
• Resell the raw audio files as stock music on competing platforms
• Use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or our Terms of Service

Model-Specific Terms

Lyria 3 Pro (Google DeepMind): Generated audio is licensed under Lyria 3 Pro's output license. By using this model you agree to Google DeepMind's Usage Policies.

Suno V5: Generated audio is subject to Suno's Terms of Service. Paid subscribers may use generated music commercially.

Watermarking

Lyria 3 Pro audio may contain inaudible SynthID watermarks added by Google DeepMind to identify AI-generated content. Studio plan subscribers have SynthID watermark removal available.
